Neomi is an inspiration. Nurses have not given sufficient recognition to innovation and problem-solving through product development – but these are true nursing skills because they start with the patients. Neomi has asked the question ‘what problems do patients face?’ and come up with a simple but practical solution. Her product has been a godsend to so many people, and she deserves to do well.
